Duties of the Director of Federal Judges’ Benefit Training and Administrative Affairs
• Judges of the federal courts and assembly appointees will receive training by identifying training needs and opportunities, and producing qualified judges with high professional competence, good morals, public trust and caring knowledge and skills in the judicial system.
• To enforce the benefits that federal court judges and assembly appointees should have and to submit research-based proposals to the assembly to be improved on a regular basis;
• Federal Courts Judges and Assembly Appointees benefit training and other administrative matters by planning, directing and coordinating the work of the Department of Administrative Affairs to ensure the independence of the independent judicial body by protecting its institutional and judicial independence so that the Federal Courts can govern themselves independently of the influence of any body.
